With Intrepid?

Approachable Mentorship

At Intrepid Flight Training, students receive personal instruction in a supportive, professional environment. We focus on building confidence in the cockpit through clear guidance, consistency, and mentorship that goes beyond the minimum standards.

Real-World Training

Great pilots are built through more than checkride preparation. We provide personal instruction and mentorship to help each student build skill, confidence, and sound judgment in the cockpit. Our goal is to prepare you for real-world flying, not just the test.

Ideal Training Airport Environment

Escanaba’s Delta County Airport offers a centralized, low-stress training environment with two runways and a strong mix of approach and airspace options. Students have access to ILS, RNAV, and VOR approaches, nearby grass runways for soft-field practice, and quick access to both Class D and Class C airspace.

Affordable Excellence

Top-tier flight instruction shouldn't be out of reach. By working with local aircraft clubs for aircraft availability, we are able to keep operational costs to a minimum. This in turn helps make flight training more accessible without sacrificing quality!
